The affairs of the Association are managed by an elected Council which consists of 14 representatives of the Association's full members.

In addition, assisted by a small secretariat, much of the day-to-day work of the Association is undertaken by committees and working groups, including the following:


+ Recruitment and registration of new members
+ Publication and distribution of membership register

+ Promotion of the Association's objectives
   and activities
+ Media releases and interviews

+ Seminars
+ Training for property management personnel in    conjunction with academic institutions

+ Implementation of the Association's code of conduct
+ Disciplinary procedures

+ Production of practice notes for the general    guidance of the Association's members
+ Production of advisory circulars on special
   topics to members

+ Responsible for arrangement for all kinds of
   activities of the Association such as seminar,
   luncheon talk, outgoing visit, football tournament,
   annual dinner etc.

協會之政策,工作方針是由理事會(共十四位理事)決定,並由下列委員會負責執行及推動,其分工如下:

+ 招收及登記新會員
+ 將會員資料登記於會員名冊內存於各區政務處

+ 推廣協會之工作目標
+ 發放新聞稿及安排傳媒之訪問

+ 策劃及安排研討會或講座
+ 制定培訓課程內容,及與其他教育或專業團體合辦課程

+ 執行協會會員守則及管理程序
+ 制定有關程序

+ 制定及分派有關專業操守指引
+ 遇有特別題目,制定諮詢文件予會員傳閱

+ 負責安排協會各種活動如專題研討會、午餐
例會、外訪活動、足球比賽及周年晚會事宜

+ 編印會員通訊
+ 編刊其他印刷品
